Launched in 2016 by Isabelle Mashola and Philippe Coup-Jambet, Isahit is not a digital marketplace like any other. Firstly, because its providers are only womenliving in 18 French and English-speaking African countries and, soon, in the Philippines and Brazil. Then because the platform guarantees them an income décent : about 20 euros per day, compared to 6 to 9 maximum in most "click farms" located in developing countries. How? How? Out of 100 euros invoiced, Isahit charges a 35% commission, pays 60% to the service provider and 5% to Isahit Help, a digital training program for female employees.
