Once a cosmetics company is aiming for a wide and diverse customer base, it has to take into account an important factor which is the skin type. By developing a skin recognition system involving computer vision, all customers will be able to have their skin diagnosed before they purchase cosmetics.
In order for an algorithm to be partially or completely functional, it needs to be taught. In order words, it needs to be fed with information, in its case, annotated images so it can recognize the type of skin it is dealing with. Thanks to Isahit data labeling tool, we are able to label significant samples of skin images that will help the Skin Recognition algorithm do its job.
