Data Labeling is an essential step when it comes to machine learning models training. In order to learn, the algorithm will use data that must be labeled. Data Labeling refers to different tasks in addition to data annotation. We can mention classification, moderation, transcription and processing.

Today, more than 2 billion people earn less than $2 a day. 70% are women in Africa. We help these women by guaranteeing them a minimum salary of $10 per day, which allows them to carry out professional projects and/or pursue their studies.

Currently, our HITers come from 37 countries in Central and West Africa, Latin America and South-East Asia! You can find HITers in countries such as Ghana, Cameroon, Uganda, Madagascar, Colombia, Brazil, the Philippines and much more !

In recent years, numerous studies have shown that entrepreneurship is one of the keys to the development of the African continent. With isahit, our contributors acquire new digital skills while generating income. Isahit thus encourages young Africans to start their entrepreneurial projects. In addition, the HITers have to open a bank account to collect their income. This allows them to move towards financial independence.

Isahit offers companies the opportunity to outsource digital tasks that necessarily require human intervention without necessarily requiring specific qualifications.
They are called HIT (Human Intelligence Tasks). The people who perform these HITs are therefore HITers!

Kimso, the research and consulting firm specialising in social impact, analyses isahit's Social Return On Investment every year.
The HITers are asked about their experiences, the skills they have acquired and the income they receive. A score card is then issued by Kimso to assess our social impact.
The latest study shows that isahit mainly generates 3 impacts: education, professionalization and empowerment of women.

We currently work in French, English, Italian, Arabic, Portuguese, Spanish, Chinese and German.
The opening of Hindi, Bahasa Indonesia and Bahasa Malaysia are planned for the end of 2021.

There is a recruitment process to be able to work on the platform. A continuous follow-up during the implementation of the project is set up. The client is in permanent contact with the project manager and can have real-time information about the progress of the project.
We know our community through the training we do on and out of the platform.
There is a possibility of setting up quarterly meetings to review the work of the HITers as well.

All projects are monitored by our project managers. Access to the dashboard is given to each customer, from this one he can have a constant view on the tasks performed, in progress and to be performed. On a basic formula, 10% of all tasks are checked until 97% quality is achieved. On a gold formula, 100% of the tasks are checked until 100% quality is achieved.

Isahit's objective is to pay its HITers at least 4 times more than the local salary. The objective of isahit is not to replace local jobs but to come as a financial complement to achieve a professional and / or educational project. Wages are currently transferred to the HITers via Orange money, bank transfer or Paypal.

When we ask our HITers, 2 types of projects often come back:
- The creation of a company or business in the digital field
- The continuation or resumption of studies at the university or in specialized schools

Isahit is a family of 15 employees divided into 4 distinct teams:
- The Digital Community Officers team: Their role is to manage the recruitment, integration and training of HITers on the platform. They are also responsible for community management
- The Customer Success Managers team: The objective is to monitor the quality of projects and ensure compliance with contracts. CSMs also work in collaboration with business developers when writing order intentions.
- The Business Developers team: Getting new customers is the number one task of our Business Developers. Finding the perfect pricing balance to satisfy both the customer and the HITers is also a necessity for them.
- Developers: They are in charge of all the IT and development part of the platform!

Within 5 years, our objective is to have 10,000 HITers work on the platform and expand our presence on the 5 continents.

5% of the income is donated to the Isahit Help program. This program is in charge of providing computer equipment (tablets, computers...) for women as a working tool. It can also help them gain access to the Internet and adequate premises to work in the best possible conditions. Thanks to isahit help, female HITers have the opportunity to open a bank account and receive the necessary assistance to register as self-employed workers.
